Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Every PawDrop product is made fresh when you order. After printing (2–5 days), US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–21 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 7 days of ordering, email us at pawdropgifts@gmail.com

 

Q: What's the mug made of?

A: Our mugs are 11oz high-quality ceramic with a C-shaped handle. The print is applied using a heat-sublimation process that makes it vibrant, durable, and dishwasher safe. It won't peel, crack, or fade with normal use.

 

Q: Can I return my mug?

A: Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we can't accept returns for size or preference reasons. BUT — if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll replace it or refund you immediately. Just email us with a photo within 14 days.

 

Q: Can I order in bulk for a gift?

A: Absolutely! Just add multiple items to your cart. For large group orders (10+), email us at pawdropgifts@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do. 

 

Q: Is this a good gift?
